What you will do

  • Maintain accurate records in operations systems and inter-departmental calendars.
  • Process final acceptance forms, certified payroll packages, and project closeout documentation.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Contract Administrator to manage service account holds and adjustments.
  • Prepare permits, intent-to-install forms, and change orders for modernization projects.
  • Schedule final inspections and attend weekly operation meetings to assign tasks.
  • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports to resolve open commitments and invoice holds.

Requirements

  • Must be located in or able to work in Philadelphia, PA.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent technical certification.
  • Three to six months of experience in business administration.
  • Proficiency in basic administrative tasks and documentation management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a corporate environment.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in elevator repair administration.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle databases.
