What you will do

• Lead marketing strategy for store openings, relocations, and remodels.
• Develop and execute local marketing plans tailored to specific market nuances.
• Build scalable playbooks to ensure consistent brand execution across all retail locations.
• Partner with Retail Leadership to align on KPIs, traffic-driving initiatives, and customer experience standards.
• Serve as the primary marketing lead in the field, building relationships with store teams and local partners.
• Analyze store-level marketing performance and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of marketing or retail marketing experience, preferably in luxury or lifestyle brands.
• Proven experience leading field or local marketing strategies and store openings.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time across North America.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity.
• Genuine passion for modern design and the DWR brand.
