What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of B2B and B2C marketing campaigns for the Apartments Division.
• Oversee the divisional marketing budget and departmental P&L.
• Utilize AI tools to analyze internal data and perform broad market research to inform business decisions.
• Manage brand identity, lead generation campaigns, and tradeshow activities.
• Produce written and video content highlighting industry-leading data analysis.
• Collaborate with the Product team to support new product launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
• Minimum 2 years of corporate marketing experience specifically focused on multifamily property management organizations.
• Proven experience developing and managing a full departmental P&L.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Must be based in the United States.
