What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end AI-driven processes using agent-based platforms.
• Translate marketing and business requirements into structured, automated workflows.
• Build and orchestrate AI agents capable of reasoning and collaborating across various tools and systems.
• Define guardrails, validation logic, and monitoring to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance.
• Optimize prompts, agent logic, and tool usage for maximum performance and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in process automation, workflow design, or systems engineering.
• Hands-on experience building solutions with LLMs and a strong understanding of agentic AI (multi-agent systems, tool calling, memory).
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages.
• Experience integrating APIs, databases, and BI/reporting tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including complex formulas and scripts.
• Must be based in Mexico City and able to commit to a hybrid schedule (2 days/week in office).

Nice to have

• Experience with specific AI agent frameworks.
• Background in marketing analytics.
• Hands-on knowledge of advertising platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, TikTok, or LinkedIn.
• Understanding of marketing metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion tracking.
