What you will do

• Manage incoming communications via phone, text, and email with high professionalism.
• Coordinate member appointments, including bookings, confirmations, and cancellations.
• Greet and register members upon arrival at the clinic.
• Resolve member inquiries and concerns with empathy and active listening.
• Maintain accurate member data and medical records in compliance with confidentiality policies.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and mail distribution.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Brunswick, Maine.
• Previous office experience required, with a preference for medical office settings.
• Strong computer skills and ability to utilize general office equipment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Capacity to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
