What you will do

• Manage and develop product backlogs and user stories for implementation.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, external partners, and internal technical teams.
• Analyze customer feedback and business objectives to prioritize features and defect resolutions.
• Monitor product development progress and plan releases.
• Perform API analysis and ensure consistency between specification documents and payloads.
• Provide functional design clarifications and support technical documentation efforts.

Requirements

• US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship).
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry.
• 2+ years of experience working as a Product Owner.
• 2+ years of experience working with APIs in a professional setting.
• Strong knowledge of insurance underwriting systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
