What you will do

• Own end-to-end supply chain strategy, performance, and risk management across a multi-tiered, outsourced manufacturing model.
• Build and lead a high-performing team spanning planning, procurement, and inventory management.
• Establish a robust internal control environment and ensure audit readiness for public company standards.
• Lead S&OP and demand planning processes to align supply with customer commitments.
• Manage contract manufacturers and coordinate complex component flows for vehicle builds.
• Drive continuous cost reduction and operational improvements using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.

Requirements

• 12+ years of supply chain leadership experience, including 5+ years at a director level.
• Proven experience in a public company environment with exposure to SOX compliance and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated experience scaling hardware manufacturing from prototype to high-volume production.
• Deep expertise in SAP MRP/ERP systems and supply chain control environments.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, BOM costs, and working capital.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and satisfy national security-related eligibility requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or aerospace industries.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Professional certifications such as APICS (CSCP/CPIM) or ISM (CPSM).
• MBA or advanced degree.
