What you will do

• Own the end-to-end marketing strategy for the marketplace and new product launches.
• Manage, hire, and mentor a high-performing, customer-obsessed marketing team.
• Optimize marketing KPIs and budget allocation across all channels.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Operations to drive demand.
• Spearhead brand positioning and communication initiatives.
• Leverage AI tools to drive creative, personalized, and high-velocity marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant marketing leadership experience.
• Proven track record in high-growth environments, preferably in marketplace or B2B SaaS.
• Strong analytical skills with experience leading data-driven teams.
• Expertise in demand generation, brand marketing, content, and growth marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
• Must be based in Austin, TX and able to work from the office 4 days per week.
