Salary: $232,000 – $290,000 per year.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end program management for large, cross-functional EPD initiatives from kickoff to retrospective.
• Define program structure, milestones, and success metrics in partnership with engineering and product leadership.
• Track dependencies and proactively surface risks to prevent blockers.
• Facilitate planning and coordination ceremonies to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Build clear communication channels regarding program health, decisions, and tradeoffs.
• Partner with leadership to improve organizational planning, prioritization, and execution processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical program management or related experience in engineering or product operations.
• Must be based in the US or UK.
• Strong technical intuition with the ability to understand architectural tradeoffs and engage in technical discussions.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored for diverse audiences including engineers and executives.
• Experience with agile delivery and program management tooling like Linear.
