What you will do

• Manage end-to-end influencer activity, including scouting, talent mapping, and contracting creators across Spain.
• Lead fee negotiations and usage rights in collaboration with Legal and Procurement teams.
• Execute seeding and gifting programs to ensure strategic product placement.
• Oversee Ninja’s Spanish social media handles, managing content calendars and community engagement.
• Plan and produce engaging on-brand content to drive community participation.
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize future influencer activity.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media and influencer marketing for consumer or lifestyle brands in Spain.
• Hands-on expertise in managing campaigns, negotiations, and contracts.
• Native Spanish speaker with strong English proficiency.
• Deep understanding of influencer pricing, usage rights, and emerging social trends.
• Must be based in or able to regularly attend the Madrid office.
