What you will do

• Manage end-to-end influencer activity including scouting, talent mapping, and contracting.
• Lead negotiations on fees, usage rights, and deliverables in collaboration with Legal and Procurement.
• Own proactive and reactive seeding and gifting programs to place products with key creators.
• Create and publish engaging on-brand content for owned social channels to drive community participation.
• Manage Nordic social media handles, engaging with followers and fostering brand loyalty.
• Analyze influencer performance and surface data-led insights to optimize future activity.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in social media and influencer marketing for consumer or lifestyle brands.
• Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns end-to-end, including negotiations.
• Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, or Finnish).
• Strong English proficiency for communicating with international stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of influencer pricing, usage rights, and content deliverables.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Oslo office.
