Location: Must be based in or commutable to London, with a hybrid requirement of 3 days per week in the Soho office.

What you will do

• Translate high-level business goals into clear, actionable product roadmaps for specific domains like onboarding, discovery, or streaming infrastructure.
• Guide technical products through the entire lifecycle from conception and development to launch and post-launch iteration.
• Partner with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Data Science, and Marketing to define requirements and resolve trade-offs.
• Establish KPIs and OKRs to demonstrate measurable impact and provide leadership with honest reads on product performance.
• Pitch roadmaps to senior leadership and align cross-functional teams through influence rather than direct authority.
• Mentor junior product managers and raise the standard for product strategy and craftsmanship within the team.

Requirements

• 8+ years in product management or a closely related technical role, with 3–5 years focused on shipping complex technical products from 0 to 1.
• Deep domain fluency in one of: identity management, billing/monetization, content delivery, video streaming/CDN architecture, or data processing.
• Technical acumen to translate engineering constraints (ML models, latency, architecture) into business trade-offs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including narrative strategy writing for senior audiences.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with AI tools and AI prototyping.
