Sales Director (Fintech): Driving the expansion of OTC liquidity business across the Americas with an accent on institutional FX and digital asset markets. Location: Must be based in or able to work from the US (New York office presence required for hybrid collaboration)
Salary: $145,000 – $175,000 USD (Base)

What you will do
- Originate and develop relationships with institutional clients including FX desks, treasury operations, and crypto-native funds.
- Drive the full sales cycle from initial outreach through term sheet negotiation and deal closure.
- Serve as the primary interface between external clients and the internal OTC trading desk.
- Translate client needs into executable trades and ensure pricing and flow meet institutional standards.
- Represent the company at industry events, desk visits, and market forums across the Americas.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene to provide visibility into deal flow.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in institutional sales or trading-adjacent roles at FX brokers, tier-1/2 banks, or crypto liquidity providers.
- Deep understanding of OTC market mechanics, FX settlement workflows, and digital asset liquidity dynamics.
- Proven network of active relationships across institutional FX desks and digital asset treasury teams in the Americas.
- Demonstrated track record of owning and delivering against revenue targets in competitive markets.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with in-office collaboration required for 10+ days per month.
- Excellent communication skills capable of managing both high-level strategic conversations and precise trade discussions.
Nice to have
- Experience at a reputable crypto exchange or institutional digital asset firm.
- Familiarity with blockchain-enabled settlement, stablecoin liquidity, or cross-border payment rails.
- Existing counterpart relationships with target customers across the Americas.
