What you will do
- Support senior coverage on institutional client relationships, including attending meetings and managing follow-ups.
- Own a subset of institutional relationships end-to-end, from initial outreach to onboarding and ongoing engagement.
- Coordinate with product, legal, and compliance teams to onboard new market makers and institutional clients.
- Monitor relationship health, track activity, and identify opportunities to expand engagement.
- Prepare client-facing materials, including platform overviews, market data, and tailored presentations.
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role within financial services (e.g., institutional sales support, prime brokerage, or trading operations).
- Strong understanding of market structure, trading, and financial products.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with market makers and institutional investors.
- Highly organized, responsive, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently.
- Experience working cross-functionally with legal, compliance, and product teams.
Nice to have
- Experience at a crypto exchange, digital asset prime broker, or fintech serving institutional clients.
- Familiarity with market making, liquidity provision, or electronic trading.
- Understanding of prediction markets, information markets, or alternative data.
- Experience coordinating institutional onboarding across legal and compliance.
