What you will do
- Act as primary contact for IT assistance on hardware, software, and access issues
- Diagnose and resolve problems via remote sessions or direct interaction
- Own support requests from troubleshooting to resolution or escalation
- Onboard new employees with device setup and tools
- Collaborate to enhance processes, tools, and user experience
- Maintain office IT infrastructure like meeting rooms and shared equipment
Requirements
- Around 2+ years in IT support/helpdesk - MUST HAVE
- Working knowledge of identity/device management (Okta, Active Directory) - MUST HAVE
- Support for macOS and Windows environments - MUST HAVE
- Experience in startup or IDF unit - MUST HAVE
- English for documentation, policies, vendor interaction
- Strong troubleshooting for hardware/software
- Basic networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN)
Nice to have
- Supporting peripherals like printers and meeting systems
- Scripting or automation
