What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and support the IT systems team, driving technical guidance and professional growth.
• Manage and monitor endpoint, server, and storage infrastructure across hybrid, on-prem, and cloud environments.
• Own Office 365 administration and support deployment of global productivity tools.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems and IT system management tools (Windows, Linux, macOS).
• Provide tier-3 escalation support for complex IT issues and deliver solutions across the organization.
• Modernize infrastructure using DevOps practices and AI tools; improve processes and ensure security, patching, and access control.

Requirements

• 4+ years leading IT Systems / Infrastructure / DevOps teams in a hi-tech company.
• Hands-on scripting experience with PowerShell and/or Python.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Hebrew.
• 5+ years hands-on Microsoft 365 administration and experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Entra.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with VMware vSphere (6.x/7.x), including installation, configuration, and system design.
• Experience with hybrid cloud architecture and core AWS services (EC2, S3, Route53, FSx) plus infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
