What you will do

• Assemble, integrate, and test mechanical and electrical system components per engineering drawings and procedures.
• Fabricate, repair, and troubleshoot electrical modules, components, and wire harnesses.
• Operate shop machinery (scales, calipers, micrometers) and electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, waveform generators, multimeters).
• Collaborate with engineers to achieve project objectives across multiple simultaneous projects.
• Maintain detailed records and generate delivery-quality documentation of best practices.
• Execute responsibilities in both laboratory and field environments following ESD practices.

Requirements

• US Citizenship with an active Top-Secret clearance and ability to obtain SCI with polygraph.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience as an electronics technician, with at least 5 years in military weapon disassembly, integration, and repair.
• Proficiency in electronic assembly, soldering, crimping, splicing, cable fabrication, PCB population, and PCB rework.
• Ability to operate manual mill and lathe.
• Physical ability to lift 35 pounds, stand for long periods, and work from elevated surfaces.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Ammunition and explosive handling certification.
• Experience welding to fabricate custom mechanical solutions.
• Formal Cable assembly training with certification.
• Forklift, crane, or scissor lift operation certification.
