What you will do
- Conduct user research to translate behaviors and pain points into actionable design decisions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate product vision and interactions.
- Design visually consistent user interfaces aligned with brand guidelines and design systems.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to turn business goals into user-centered solutions.
- Execute usability testing and iteratively refine designs based on user feedback.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio of end-to-end product work.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
- Deep understanding of usability, interaction design, and user-centered design principles.
- Knowledge of information architecture and responsive, cross-platform design patterns.
- Strong visual design skills in typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Ability to communicate and articulate design decisions in English.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience with motion or animation principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
