What you will do

• Build customer applications and prototypes on hirify.global computers and internal tools.
• Collaborate with external customers to identify business problems and map them to hybrid solvers.
• Lead brainstorming sessions to model use cases mathematically and design quantum hybrid applications.
• Develop production-ready applications to ensure successful delivery of business value.
• Partner with internal product teams to share insights and prioritize new feature development.
• Present complex technical information clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Python.
• Strong expertise in mathematical modeling and optimization solution techniques.
• Practical experience using optimization tools such as CPLEX or Gurobi.
• Proven record of delivering complex business solutions in production environments.
• Masters, PhD, or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or Operations Research.
• Experience in technical leadership and consulting for external clients.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and Networkx.
• Industry experience in Manufacturing, Logistics, Retail, or Services.
• Proficiency with version control software such as Git.
