What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of production-grade ML and GenAI solutions on AWS.
• Act as a hands-on expert and advisor for customers running AI/ML workloads at scale.
• Optimize cloud environments for cost efficiency, reliability, security, and operational performance.
• Convert one-off customer solutions into reusable patterns, Terraform modules, and internal documentation.
• Collaborate with account teams (CSMs, AMs) to drive technical depth and platform adoption.
• Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence the DCI roadmap.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience architecting and managing cloud-based AI/ML solutions.
• Advanced proficiency with AWS, specifically Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker.
• Strong prompt engineering skills and experience with LLM fine-tuning and evaluation.
• Expertise in MLOps, CI/CD for AI/ML, and distributed training (multi-GPU).
• Knowledge of data engineering on AWS (S3, Glue, Lake Formation, Redshift).
• Must be based in UK, Ireland, Estonia, Sweden, Netherlands, Israel, Portugal, or Eastern Europe.

Nice to have

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or Mathematics.
• AI/ML certifications from AWS, GCP, or recognized academic institutions.
• Experience with RLHF, Hugging Face, or hybrid AI architectures.
• Background as an ML Engineer or Data Scientist in consulting or SaaS environments.
