What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of production-grade ML and Generative AI solutions on AWS.
• Act as a hands-on expert and trusted advisor for customers running AI/ML workloads at scale.
• Translate complex business problems into cloud architectures that are secure, reliable, cost-efficient, and observable.
• Develop reusable assets such as Terraform modules, playbooks, and CloudFlow templates to scale technical expertise.
• Partner with Customer Success and Account Managers to deliver impactful technical optimization plans for clients.
• Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence the DCI product roadmap.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience architecting, deploying, and managing cloud-based AI/ML solutions in production.
• Advanced proficiency with AWS, specifically Amazon Bedrock and Amazon SageMaker (including JumpStart).
• Strong skills in prompt engineering, model evaluation, and agentic patterns for AI agents.
• Proficiency in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and AWS data services (S3, Glue, Lake Formation, Redshift).
• Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployments using Amazon EKS or AWS Fargate.
• Must be based in the UK, Ireland, Estonia, Sweden, the Netherlands, Israel, or Portugal (for contractors).

Nice to have

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• Relevant data or AI certifications (e.g., AWS/GCP, Stanford, MIT, Coursera).
• Experience with RLHF, advanced fine-tuning techniques, and the Hugging Face ecosystem.
• Prior experience as an ML Engineer, Data Scientist, or AI-focused Architect in consulting or SaaS.
