What you will do

• Monitor PA inventory, identify aging trends, and implement interventions to maintain SLA compliance.
• Ensure the integrity of PA submission workflows by verifying upstream data accuracy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Market Access and Claims/Denials teams to align on payor policies.
• Conduct deep-dive investigations into payer discrepancies and recommend system logic adjustments.
• Develop and refine tracking tools and standardized workflows for the PA lifecycle.
• Track and report key metrics, including Submission Turnaround Time (TAT) and vendor error rates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, specifically in prior authorization or medical billing.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
• Deep understanding of medical terminology and procedure coding as it relates to payor requirements.
• Must be based in the US.
• Strict adherence to HIPAA and confidentiality protocols.
