What you will do

• Process all accounts payable information accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform clerical accounting functions, including data entry, filing, and processing confidential information.
• Prepare monthly payments and accounting entries for a real estate wholly-owned subsidiary.
• Reconcile credit card statements monthly and manage travel invoicing for client reimbursement.
• Execute daily check printing and weekly office invoice payments.
• Prepare year-end tax schedules, accruals for outstanding invoices, and 1099 forms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least one year of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Studio Designer and Manufacturer.
• Ability to calculate financial figures such as discounts, interest, and proportions.
• Must be able to work onsite in Santa Monica, CA.
