Product Success Specialist (AI/Fintech)

Location: Denver area, United States; hybrid schedule requiring 2–3 days in the office

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 annual base salary plus equity

What you will do

• Build and deliver scalable onboarding and education programs that accelerate time-to-value and initial activation for SMB customers.
• Monitor a high-volume portfolio of SMB accounts, identify configuration and product-utilization opportunities, and conduct targeted advisory sessions.
• Track adoption metrics and develop data-driven strategies and playbooks with Go-to-Market and Product leadership.
• Partner with Product to improve in-product user experience and onboarding flows.
• Collaborate with Implementation and Marketing on scaled training and educational content.
• Work with Sales and Account Management to identify expansion opportunities within existing customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in implementation, activation, scale customer success, or a similar field.
• Experience managing a high-volume book of business in a scale, SMB, or similar customer segment.
• Creative and systematic approach to scaling or automating workstreams.
• Proactive problem-solving skills, including identifying trends, analyzing data, and standardizing best practices.
• Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environment.
• Strong interest in AI and its impact on wealth management and financial services.
