What you will do

• Lead the architecture and development of scalable UVM-based verification environments for complex IP and SoC designs.
• Define verification scope, test plans, and execution timelines for emulation and post-silicon validation.
• Perform deep RTL and system-level debug, driving root-cause analysis across design and integration layers.
• Provide technical leadership by defining methodology standards and influencing design-for-verification decisions.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in verification methodology, reuse, and code quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution, managing risks and dependencies to ensure project milestones are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/EE with 5–10 years of experience or Master’s/PhD with 3–5 years of experience.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
• Strong expertise in digital design fundamentals, computer architecture, and industry protocols like PCIe and Ethernet.
• Solid experience with UVM, constrained-random verification, functional coverage, and SVA.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and scripting languages like Python or Perl in Linux environments.
• Proven experience leading verification projects and managing cross-functional teams.
