What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design of native mobile apps across iOS and Android, from discovery through delivery.
• Define, test, and iterate on mobile-specific interaction design patterns and user flows.
• Create high-quality visual UI that aligns with platform conventions and internal design standards.
• Lead user research efforts, including usability testing and competitive analysis, to validate design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of mobile features.
• Contribute to the growth and governance of the design system by building reusable components and documenting usage.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of UX/product design experience, with a focus on mobile and/or system-level design work.
• Strong track record of designing high-quality native mobile apps with a solid grasp of iOS and Android patterns.
• Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system within a cross-functional product team.
• Must be based in Utah for a hybrid work arrangement.
• A portfolio showcasing user-centered design, mobile interfaces, and system thinking.
• Employment is contingent on passing both a background and credit check.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools like Claude Code or Cursor to build coded experiences.
