What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design of significant product areas within hirify.global Date, from discovery and problem definition to launch.
• Shape intuitive user journeys and interaction models grounded in research and behavioral insights.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, User Researchers, Engineers, and Data partners to validate hypotheses and iterate.
• Develop high-quality visual and interaction designs while contributing to the scalable design system.
• Responsibly apply AI-powered tools to streamline design workflows and support personalized user experiences.
• Participate in design critiques and foster a collaborative culture of continuous learning and exceptional craft.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience delivering high-quality mobile product experiences from ambiguity to launch.
• High proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Strong product thinking, systems thinking, and a rigorous human-centered design process.
• Deep understanding of inclusive design principles and global accessibility standards.
• Ability to balance user advocacy with commercial pragmatism and business outcomes.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Austin, TX or New York, NY
