TL;DR

GTM Content & Distribution Lead (Marketing): Build hirify.global’s audience from the ground up across X and LinkedIn, create opinionated mortgage/fintech content, and run end-to-end growth experiments with an accent on earned media, community activation, and measurable distribution performance. Focus on translating mortgage-industry expertise into content systems (including AI-built content) and owning the numbers that guide what to do next.

hirify.global builds a vertically integrated mortgage platform that turns origination into a single API.

What you will do

  • Own channel strategy and distribution across X, LinkedIn, and where relevant conversations happen.
  • Create content that earns attention: industry POV, team/customer storytelling, original data and research, and new formats.
  • Partner with the CEO to build founder presence and translate mortgage expertise into content for customers, talent, and investors.
  • Run growth experiments end-to-end (hypothesis → test → results → learnings) and iterate based on signals.
  • Identify and activate communities, newsletters, podcasts, and events; build relationships with writers, operators, and influencers.
  • Track performance metrics and report insights that inform the next iteration of the strategy.

Requirements

  • Experience growing something from zero (account, community, or product) with specific moves that drove results.
  • Practical fluency with social platforms: understanding distribution mechanics and engineering content for them.
  • Proven ability to build content systems using AI (not just using AI to write captions).
  • Strong writing and narrative skills: ability to craft arguments and ideas people want to share.
  • Comfort being a visible face of the brand.
  • Hybrid work setup based in Palo Alto or New York, NY.
