TL;DR

What you will do

  • Design and execute growth roadmap, prioritizing high-impact experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Own multi-channel execution including performance marketing (Google, Meta), social, directories, lifecycle messaging, referrals, partnerships, SEO, and content.
  • Run analytics and experimentation using PostHog and SQL for funnel analysis, metrics definition, and A/B tests.
  • Optimize conversion and patient experience in landing pages, onboarding, scheduling, and lifecycle touchpoints.
  • Synthesize data, user interviews, and feedback into prioritized growth decisions.
  • Partner with product, engineering, design, and clinical teams to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Build scalable playbooks for growth channels to support company scaling.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years in growth, consulting, product strategy, marketing, or similar operator role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple acquisition channels (paid social, SEM, directories, lifecycle comms, referrals, partnerships, SEO)
  • Strong analytical skills including funnel analysis, experimentation design, data storytelling, PostHog, basic SQL
  • Track record of moving quickly in ambiguous environments, ruthless prioritization, execution
  • Clear written and verbal communication, high ownership mindset, autonomy

Nice to have

  • Experience in digital health, consumer growth, consulting (MBB), regulated environments (HIPAA, healthcare advertising)
