Delivery Manager (Agile)

Salary: $90,000–$140,000

What you will do

• Facilitate budgetary processes, financial reporting, and value realization tracking for the GRS portfolio.
• Support platform and squad-level planning, including QIP, QR, and OKR deliverables.
• Act as a business partner advocate within the technology organization to ensure alignment on priorities.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships and facilitate the selection of external software and professional services.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure IT services meet established service levels and cost targets.
• Collaborate with leadership to research and organize development strategies for the broader portfolio.

Requirements

• Strong business and financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost optimization.
• Proven experience in Agile delivery and supporting cross-functional technology teams.
• Ability to analyze complex challenges and execute solutions with a focus on measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills to influence stakeholders and align on shared objectives.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada and able to work in a hybrid capacity in Waterloo, Ontario.
