Location: United States (must be legally authorized to work in the US). On client engagements, onsite work may be required; between engagements, work from a hirify.global office or approved coworking location at least three days per week.

Salary: $89,800–$110,200 annual base (Consultant level); $124,400–$129,500 annual base (Senior Consultant level).

What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize generative AI, automation, and AI-enabled transformation opportunities.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into practical AI use cases, workflows, and solution concepts with clear success metrics.
• Design, prototype, and implement AI-powered workflows and agent-driven solutions, including decision logic, orchestration, and human-in-the-loop processes.
• Collaborate with technical, product, and data teams to move solutions from pilot to scaled deployment.
• Drive end-to-end delivery across multiple AI and transformation initiatives, balancing speed, quality, and business priorities.
• Track adoption, performance, and business impact; refine prompts/workflows and develop repeatable playbooks for scalable delivery.

Requirements

• 2–7 years of experience in consulting, business transformation, product, operations, program delivery, or technology-related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong understanding of generative AI concepts, including LLMs, AI agents, copilots, automation workflows, and enterprise AI adoption challenges.
• Experience experimenting with AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or workflow automation platforms) is strongly preferred.
• Ability to translate business problems into structured solutions and practical implementation approaches; strong communication and stakeholder management across business and technical teams.
• Work authorization: must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
