What you will do

• Design and deliver end-to-end AI/ML solutions using LLMs, deep learning, and agentic AI for defined business use cases.
• Frame and scope AI problems independently, defining success metrics and evaluation criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Conduct rigorous performance evaluations, including experimentation and benchmarking across models to validate technical decisions.
• Build rapid prototypes and advance validated solutions into production-grade applications, such as intelligent interfaces and automated pipelines.
• Apply and contribute to team-wide standards for responsible AI deployment and production engineering.
• Translate quantitative results into actionable insights for both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering, with a track record of delivering solutions at scale.
• Expertise in NLP, LLMs, generative AI, and agentic architectures, including prompt engineering and performance evaluation.
• Experience building and deploying production AI systems, including API development and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Python with the ability to write clean, well-tested, production-quality code.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid (3 days/week) in Springfield, Boston, or New York.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic AI frameworks such as Bedrock AgentCore, AWS Strands, Azure, or MCP/A2A protocols.
• Proficiency in SQL, database design, vector databases, and semantic search.
• Master’s degree or a demonstrated record of applied research/open-source contributions.
