What you will do

• Define and drive the roadmap for global payment capabilities, including pay-ins, payouts, and settlement.
• Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with global payment partners and vendors.
• Lead end-to-end product requirements for complex API-based partner integrations.
• Optimize payment performance, including conversion rates, processing speed, and cost-to-serve.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure global regulatory adherence.
• Analyze market needs and translate them into scalable product requirements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience with significant expertise in fintech or payment infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of global payment rails, FX, settlement, and cross-border money movement.
• Proven experience managing external payment partners and leading complex technical integrations.
• Strong knowledge of risk, fraud, AML, and global regulatory requirements.
• Ability to operate strategically while driving detailed execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B payment orchestration and local payment methods.
• Background in scaling payment products for high-growth organizations.
