What you will do

• Prepare complex cash flow, GAAP, P&L, lease, occupancy-cost, transaction, and strategic real estate analyses.
• Translate financial findings into recommendations for occupancy scenarios, lease negotiations, portfolio decisions, and transaction strategies.
• Create accurate, high-impact client materials in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Review leases, financing and loan agreements, mortgage documents, partnership agreements, and corporate financial statements.
• Perform quality-control reviews and oversee financial analysis delivery across the Americas.
• Train, coach, and provide performance feedback to analysts and transaction support personnel while contributing to the evolution of financial models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related business field.
• 7–10+ years of financial analysis experience in commercial real estate occupancy analytics.
• Managerial experience overseeing analysts or transaction support personnel, including direct and matrix management.
• International financial modeling experience and strong P&L analysis skills.
• Strong understanding of commercial lease terms, occupancy costs, tenant-side deal structures, and strategic financial analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint skills, including spreadsheet and model design.

Nice to have

• CPA certification.
• Experience with SharePoint, Access, Argus, or other financial modeling software.
• Corporate capital budgeting or planning experience.
