What you will do

• Prepare complex cash flow and GAAP analyses for lease restructures, acquisitions, and strategic real estate alternatives.
• Translate financial findings into clear, actionable recommendations for C-suite executives and clients.
• Perform quality-control reviews on financial analysis deliverables across the Americas region.
• Provide hands-on training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
• Analyze legal documentation including leases, loan agreements, and partnership contracts to assess financial impact.
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution and standardization of financial modeling tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related business field.
• 7-10+ years of financial analysis experience in commercial real estate occupancy analytics.
• Proven experience in a managerial capacity overseeing analysts or transaction support personnel.
• High competence in designing and utilizing complex Excel models.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to non-financial audiences.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Nice to have

• CPA certification.
• Experience with Argus or other specialized financial modeling software.
• Capital budgeting and corporate planning experience.
