What you will do

• Manage and moderate community platforms including Discord and Reddit to foster healthy player engagement.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Live Operations teams to communicate game updates and patch notes.
• Act as the voice of the community by gathering feedback and identifying actionable trends for internal stakeholders.
• Recruit and support community moderators, ambassadors, and advocates.
• Develop and manage multi-tiered Content Creator and Influencer programs.
• Monitor community sentiment and provide regular reporting on engagement metrics.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in community management within the games industry.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, Discord, Reddit, and moderation best practices.
• Experience managing online communities for live service games.
• Proven ability to build and manage influencer or ambassador programs.
• Strong analytical skills for tracking community health and sentiment metrics.
