What you will do

• Partner with Scientific and Strategic Account Directors to translate client objectives into impactful scientific programs.
• Guide and mentor medical writers while overseeing the quality-control process for all deliverables.
• Shape scientific narratives across various therapeutic areas for clients and key opinion leaders.
• Contribute to strategic planning, content development, and advisory board initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and business growth within existing client accounts.
• Ensure all scientific content is evidence-based, strategically aligned, and executed to the highest standards.

Requirements

• Advanced life sciences degree (MD, PhD, or PharmD) required.
• Minimum 2–3+ years of experience within a medical communications agency.
• Demonstrated expertise in medical/scientific writing and content development.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience collaborating with clients, key opinion leaders, and cross-functional teams.

• Prior experience mentoring or managing medical writers.
• Exposure to regulatory review processes and advisory board development.
