Location: Primary location is Parma, Italy; role allows for remote work based across Europe with regular travel to Parma required.

What you will do

  • Act as a core member of the Quality Affiliates Transformation Project team.
  • Define, implement, and continuously improve local Quality Management Systems.
  • Standardize local processes and align them with Global Quality Standards.
  • Provide oversight on local products, CMOs, and 3PLs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliates regarding change control and deviation management.
  • Draft and discuss Quality and Technical Agreements with affiliates.

Requirements

  • Qualification in a scientific or technical discipline.
  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant industry experience in pharma or biotech.
  • Demonstrated experience in quality system implementation, audits, and regulatory inspections.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex quality data.
  • Proficiency in managing quality documentation and processes.

Nice to have

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Veeva implementation.
  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to engage with diverse global stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities.
