What you will do

• Administer and maintain client endpoints, servers, and Microsoft 365/Entra ID environments.
• Implement and operate Microsoft Intune for configuration, compliance, and app deployment.
• Configure and test backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity systems.
• Lead patch management and configuration management across client infrastructure.
• Support active incident response engagements, including system rebuilding and containment.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and provide rapid response during security crises.

Requirements

• Must be eligible for Government of Canada security clearance (Secret or higher).
• Solid experience in IT systems administration and endpoint management.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID.
• Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Strong scripting skills, particularly in PowerShell.
• Must be willing to work odd hours, evenings, and weekends during active IR engagements.

Nice to have

• Bilingualism (English/French).
• Experience with ConnectWise or similar PSA/RMM platforms.
• Familiarity with CIS hardening, NIST 800-171, or ITSG-33 frameworks.
• Relevant certifications such as MD-102, MS-102, AZ-104, or CompTIA Security+.
