TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Canada)

Compensation: $59,500 - $80,500 / year

What you will do

  • Manage end-user and external service accounts, ensuring strict adherence to access control policies.
  • Install, configure, and maintain PC hardware, printers, and audio/video equipment.
  • Coordinate with hardware and software vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation of assets.
  • Maintain comprehensive inventories of installed software and hardware, including license management.
  • Administer LAN/WAN network services, troubleshoot connectivity, and manage security and antivirus measures.
  • Analyze system failures and develop technical solutions, including the implementation of necessary upgrades.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience supporting IT systems in fast-paced environments.
  • Deep knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and TCP/IP.
  • Experience with Cloud Web services such as Office 365, G-Suite, and AWS.
  • Proficiency with Active Directory and Okta for user and access management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a 24/7 production environment.
