What you will do

• Lead pre-sales technical engagements and develop technical champions at prospect and partner organizations.
• Design, develop, and deploy document AI and multimodal pipelines involving OCR, LLM reasoning, and extraction validation.
• Engage directly with customers to understand business challenges and build custom demos and POCs.
• Deploy models and connectors across Snowflake, AWS, and enterprise VPCs using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to shape the ADE platform roadmap and articulate technical value.
• Mentor team members and contribute to technical blogs and white papers.

Requirements

• Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Engineering, or a quantitative field with a focus on ML/AI.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML solutions, specifically in document processing, NLP, or LLM workflows.
• 2+ years of experience with cloud data platforms, preferably Snowflake.
• Proficient in Python and experienced with Claude CLI for prototype development.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, and enterprise VPC deployments.

Nice to have

• Experience with OCR, NLP, and multimodal AI for unstructured documents (PDFs, images).
• Deep knowledge of RAG systems, schema-based extraction, and agentic AI frameworks.
• Familiarity with document AI competitors (e.g., LlamaParse, Instabase).
• Knowledge of JavaScript, C#, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Industry experience in Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, or Legal.
