TL;DR

Marketing Account Manager (IT Distribution): Developing and executing GTM marketing plans for Microsoft OEM and Alliance vendors with an accent on digital marketing and strategic growth. Focus on optimizing multi-channel campaigns, managing MDF budgets, and driving partner engagement.

Location: Hybrid in Mississauga, Canada (3 days office, 2 days remote)

Salary: $70,000-80,000 per year

What you will do

  • Develop and manage GTM marketing plans for Microsoft OEM and Alliance vendors.
  • Execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns across digital, events, and social platforms.
  • Operationalize and manage the vendor MDF claim process and budgets.
  • Maintain financial operations, including revenue recognition and billings reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with Vendor Management, Sales, and Alliance teams to support GTM priorities.
  • Compile and distribute campaign and market performance reports to drive decision-making.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Experience within the Technology or Distribution industry (highly preferred).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Marketo, Google Ads, and HubSpot.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Must be based in Mississauga, Canada to accommodate hybrid office requirements.

  • Digital marketing certifications from Google, HubSpot, or Marketo.
