Senior Associate, Portfolio Management Operations

What you will do

• Manage projects that enhance portfolio management processes and associated technology.
• Coordinate with global operations and technology teams to prioritize and execute initiatives.
• Facilitate investment strategy changes, process improvements, account launches, closures, and transitions.
• Identify project barriers and operational risks, then resolve or escalate issues.
• Build cross-functional relationships and manage initiatives through influence.
• Document and communicate complex processes while developing investment management expertise.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in science, engineering, finance, economics, or another analytical subject.
• Experience in consulting, product management, or project management; financial services exposure is preferred.
• Strong quantitative problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build productive global cross-functional relationships.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Nice to have

• Experience with Atlassian products, including JIRA and Confluence.
