• Develop and maintain messaging that articulates value for CIOs and complex enterprise needs.
• Drive high-impact product launches, from flagship releases to incremental updates.
• Equip Sales teams with strategic enablement materials, including battlecards and pitch decks.
• Coordinate between Product, Partnerships, and Sales to ensure continuous product-market fit.
• Analyze performance data and customer feedback to refine positioning in the ITSM/ESM space.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in product marketing within B2B tech, ITSM/ESM, or AI-powered products.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value for executives.
• Strong strategic thinking skills for navigating competitive landscapes and legacy systems.
• Experience owning the entire product lifecycle from initial messaging to scaled global launches.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both executive and technical audiences.
