What you will do

• Lead complex customer projects end-to-end, from initial kick-off through launch, enablement, and long-term success.
• Own project scoping, governance, and alignment, managing expectations across internal delivery teams and customer stakeholders.
• Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and timelines, ensuring clear escalation paths when plans deviate.
• Act as a trusted delivery partner for senior and executive-level stakeholders, guiding them through technical trade-offs and outcomes.
• Coordinate technical setup and system integration in partnership with internal specialists and customer IT contacts.
• Mentor newer project managers and contribute to the improvement of overall project management workflows and tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, consulting, or SaaS implementation/delivery roles.
• Must be based in Boston.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish (strongly preferred for engaging with Spanish-speaking stakeholders).
• Proven experience leading end-to-end customer projects with complex stakeholder groups.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trust with senior decision-makers.
• Digital savviness and a genuine interest in how technical systems integrate and scale.
