Location: Hybrid role based in the New York or San Jose, United States offices
Salary: $171,733–$257,599 per year, plus potential performance bonus and long-term incentives

What you will do
- Manage global employment, HR, recruiting, and legal matters for OKX and its affiliated entities, with a primary focus on US and international operations.
- Advise HR, finance, compliance, and recruiting teams on employment law matters, including payroll, benefits, retention, performance management, executive compensation, immigration, and visa issues.
- Drive employment litigation and arbitration strategy, including retaining and supervising outside counsel.
- Advise on internal investigations and conduct employee interviews.
- Draft, review, and negotiate offer letters, employment agreements, incentive plans, and severance agreements.
- Build structured employment legal processes and partner with senior regional leadership to operationalize strategic direction.
Requirements
- US license to practice law required.
- 7+ years of employment law experience at a top-tier law firm and/or in-house legal team.
- Experience handling international and cross-jurisdictional employment matters.
- Experience advising business leaders and translating complex legal concepts into practical business advice.
- Experience with employment litigation, arbitration, internal investigations, immigration, and HR matters.
- Strong academic credentials, analytical skills, independence, and collaborative communication abilities.
