What you will do

• Provide IT support for users across assigned sites and manage IT assets and stock.
• Install, configure, and maintain PCs, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Administer user roles and access permissions for IT systems.
• Resolve hardware and software issues, documenting findings and producing reports.
• Collaborate with external service providers and contribute to system quality compliance.
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or Science.
• Must be based in or able to work from Somerset, New Jersey.
• Ability to perform occasional domestic travel (less than 5%) and international travel for training (less than 1%).
