Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year

What you will do
- Provide end-user support for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
- Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Maintain accurate hardware inventory and software license records.
Requirements
- Current CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DoD baseline certification.
- Active Security Clearance (interim acceptable).
- Minimum of 6 years of experience supporting Windows desktops, laptops, and PCs.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- IT education is preferred.
