What you will do
- Lead client engagements to design, build, and scale digital banking experiences across mobile, web, and embedded finance.
- Translate digital banking product and technology concepts into practical business solutions for diverse stakeholders.
- Analyze the integration of digital capabilities with core banking systems, CRM, contact centers, and fraud platforms.
- Define product strategies, use cases, implementation roadmaps, and evaluate vendor platforms like Alkami, Backbase, or nCino.
- Support business development through account expansion, proposal development, and commercial discussions.
- Mentor and evaluate consultants, set clear goals, and contribute to recruiting and capability-building efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of relevant experience in management consulting or Consumer/Retail Banking.
- Deep working knowledge of digital banking products, including deposits, payments, lending, and fraud prevention.
- Understanding of the digital banking tech ecosystem and vendors such as Fiserv, Plaid, or FIS.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills for high-pressure, client-facing environments.
