What you will do

• Execute project assignments including data structuring, benchmarking, and process mapping.
• Conduct client interviews and facilitate workshops to drive transformation.
• Develop functional specifications and provide actionable insights for complex business problems.
• Take on team leadership responsibilities by coaching new hires and junior consultants.
• Contribute to internal knowledge creation, publications, and seminars within business units.
• Collaborate with international teams on cross-border projects.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a consultant in the transport sector.
• Fluent English and Dutch (C1 level) are mandatory.
• Must have a valid work permit for the Netherlands (no sponsorship provided).
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to solve complex problems and excel both in team settings and independently.
