What you will do

• Execute transformation projects to improve efficiency, simplify processes, or achieve strategic goals.
• Perform complex analyses to identify key issues and develop relevant solutions and action plans.
• Implement methodological concepts and tools within client organizations.
• Identify and develop commercial opportunities within the financial services domain.
• Guide and mentor junior consultants to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Conduct internal and external training to share industry knowledge.

Requirements

• Master's Degree.
• At least 3 years of consulting experience in the financial services industry.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (Non-Dutch speakers will not be accepted).
• Deep knowledge of financial sector products, trends, and operational processes.
• Strong analytical skills to solve complex business problems.
• Must be authorized to work in the Netherlands (no work permit provided).
